Couldn’t agree more with the Nick Piunti pick for the top spot. Sounds like the collision of The Gin Blossoms and Greg Pope. The only thing that could have given this one a run for the money would have been a 2020 Three Hour Tour release, but all quiet on that front…..
Thank you so much Rich for the Kool Kat Musik label love! Seven label titles (It’s Karma It’s Cool, Joe Giddings, The Successful Failures, Ed Ryan, Foreign Films, Richard Turgeon, and Rick Hromadka), and one distributed tite (Cupid’s Carnival) in the Top 20!! So proud of all of the artists and nice to see their hard work being nticed and rewarded. And the John Wicks Tribute that I was honored to be a part of to top it all off!
I hadn’t realized that. You released a lot of terrific music in 2020. And it was great to have John’s tribute album with Kool Kat. Thanks so much for all you did to make it a success!
Red Letter Glow by The Midnight Callers? Huge omission. Thanks Matt
Also a great record. It easily could have been top 20. There are a lot of worthy records and ultimately, I end up leaving something out that I wish I hadn’t. Thanks for letting me know your thoughts.
