Minus 5: Scott McCaughey’s Health Scare

Strokes are scary. You don’t get advance notice. And if you’re fortunate enough to survive the episode, recovery can be trying. Recently, Scott McCaughey (The Minus 5, Young Fresh Fellows, Baseball Project & Filthy Friends) suffered a stroke. Thankfully, he’s now in stable condition. Let’s hope for continued improvement.

In the meantime, we can all help in some small way. There’s been a GoFundMe page set up to help Scott with medical expenses – which will no doubt be extensive. It’s the time of year for giving. And it’s always good karma to give back to someone who has made many of our lives a little more pleasant with his art.
