This past year could be described as a good year for powerpop – not a great one, though. There weren’t as many surprises as in prior years (no Meyerman, Didn’t Planet or Golden Seals to speak of) although there were some solid releases from some old stalwarts of the genre. The following list of 2015’s best is indicative of this. So, without further delay…
